Off the ship and straight into Beatleland. I'll meet you at the cruise terminal and take you to the places where John, Paul, George and Ringo grew up, met and formed the band. Think childhood homes and schools, John Lennon's birthplace, St Peter's Church in Woolton where John and Paul first met, Eleanor Rigby's grave, Strawberry Field and Penny Lane, with a few Fab Four tunes along the way. I grew up on Penny Lane, went to the same junior school as John Lennon and once bumped into Paul McCartney on my own street. I've been showing visitors round my city ever since I was a kid, and humour is in our blood here.

"Ruth is an outstanding guide. She is also knowledgeable and very kind. She paid attention to our needs and was willing to accommodate our requests. We were always ahead of the crowd and she gave us a thorough understanding and history of each site. She also included a great tour of non Beatle sites.
